Hydraulic Core Drill Rig Machine Introduction
The core drilling rig is a kind of drilling rig suitable for cutting large areas in mountainous terrain or construction in forest areas. It has the characteristics of modular design, easy disassembly and assembly, high drilling efficiency, convenient transportation, low cost, and environmental protection. Capable of drilling in most cases to depths in excess of 350 meters in the HQ and over 500 meters in the NQ formation.
The principle of the core drilling rig is roughly the same, and the main components are the drill rig, drill pipe, drill bit, etc. Power is provided by the drilling rig to drive the drill pipe and the drill bit to drill in to obtain deep core samples. According to different depths and formations, corresponding to different types of drilling rigs, XY-100 is a commonly used model.
The lifting ring of the core drilling rig is connected with the ring seat with a pin shaft, the ring seat and the hook rod are welded into one body, the cylinder body and the hook body are connected with the left thread, and a stop block is used to prevent the thread from loosening. The hook body and cylinder can move up and down along the hook rod. The function of the inner and outer load springs is to make the vertical root loosen and spring up when the drill is pulled out.
The barrel of the core drilling rig is equipped with oil. The seat ring of the thrust bearing divides the oil chamber into two parts, and there are oil holes on the seat ring. Due to the damping effect of the oil flow, it absorbs the shock and vibration of the hook body during its tripping operation, which can prevent the thread damage of the drill pipe joint.
The upper end of the cylinder of the core drilling rig is composed of 6 small springs and a positioning plate to form a positioning device. With the help of the friction between the positioning and the annular contact surface of the ring seat, it can prevent the rotation of the lifting ring when the empty elevator is lifted.
