Safe operation procedures for photovoltaic pile drilling rig
1. Check whether the supporting equipment, auxiliary equipment, water and electricity equipment and accessories are complete and intact, whether the relevant coordination work is in place, and whether they can meet the needs of normal work.
2. Know the construction needs and geological structure in detail, and select tools and accessories that meet the functions of the drilling rig and construction needs.
3. The work site should be flat and solid, meet the normal operation and load-bearing requirements of the drilling rig, and ensure the unobstructed and safe main channel.
4. The ground slope of the drilling rig working environment should be less than 5 degrees. When the drilling rig works on the inclined ground, the mast must be adjusted vertically to ensure the verticality and accuracy of the drill hole.
5. Check whether the oil level and lubrication points of each part of the photovoltaic pile driver meet the specified specifications and whether the hydraulic system is normal.
6. No unrelated personnel are allowed to enter the operating room; all personnel are not allowed to stay on the crawler and the frame; it is forbidden to pile up fuel in the working area and place any objects that hinder the operation.
7. During night construction, the drilling rig must be fully lit, and the working area must have excellent lighting equipment.
8. In low temperature areas, the hydraulic oil should be preheated to about 40°C before the drilling rig works.
9. Check whether the crawler of the photovoltaic pile driver chassis is extended in place and whether the locking system is effective. Ensure the stability of the drilling rig during operation.
10.Obvious safety signs should be set up within the working range of the drilling rig, and there should be no high-voltage wires within 5m of the top of the drilling rig and the surrounding area.
