What is the working principle of a small hydraulic core drilling rig?
The oil pump sucks oil from the oil tank through the oil filter, and the discharged pressure oil enters the control valve through the pipeline. The system pressure can be adjusted by the overflow valve on the control valve to control the pressure in the system. So that the drilling rig can operate normally. At the same time, the system pressure can be quickly increased by the fast boost handle to make the feeding cylinder rise and fall quickly. The reversing rod on the control valve can be used to control the direction of oil inlet and outlet. Outside the feeding cylinder, the feeding cylinder can be weighed, lifted, lowered, stopped, etc. A one-way butterfly valve is installed between the lower chamber of the oil cylinder and the operating valve to adjust the descending speed of the vertical axis. Since the valve does not have a one-way valve, it does not affect the rapid lifting and lowering of the vertical axis.
