Outside the feeding cylinder, the feeding cylinder can be weighed, lifted, lowered, stopped, etc. A one-way butterfly valve is installed between the lower chamber of the oil cylinder and the operating valve to adjust the descending speed of the vertical axis. Since the valve does not have a one-way valve, it does not affect the rapid lifting and lowering of the vertical axis.
